Indications

Psyllogel Fibra is a food supplement containing 99% pure psyllium fiber. It comes in the form of a water-soluble powder. The psyllium (Plantago ovata Forsk., tegumentum seminis) contained in the product helps promote regular intestinal transit.

Composition

99% pure psyllium fiber (Plantago ovata Forsk., tegumentum seminis), acidifier: citric acid, flavorings, emulsifier: soy lecithin, pink grapefruit juice, sweetener: sucralose, coloring: beetroot red, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide. Contains soy.

Directions for use and Dosage

It can be diluted in a glass of water (about 200 ml), or added to yogurt, fruit juices, squeezed fruit, or pureed fruit. After mixing, drink the contents immediately. The formation of a gel is a sign of the excellent qualities of the product: the gel, in fact, thanks to its viscosity, hydrates and makes the intestinal contents soft and fluid. Take the product at least two hours before or two hours after taking medications.
