Indications

The psyllium (Plantago ovata) contained in Psyllogel Fiber is useful for:

• promoting regular intestinal transit thanks to the formation of soft and flowing stools;
• promoting the balance of intestinal bacterial flora;
• helping slow down the absorption of nutrients and promoting the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids.

4 sachets of Psyllogel Fiber powder provide 12 g of 99% pure psyllium fiber.

Ingredients

Psyllium fiber (Plantago ovata Forssk., tegumentum seminis) seed d.e. 99% pure, maltodextrin, flavoring; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose.

Directions for use and Dosage

It is recommended to take 1 to 4 sachets of Psyllogel Fibra NEUTRO per day, at any time of the day or as advised by your doctor/pharmacist. Psyllogel Fibra NEUTRO must be taken with adequate quantities of water: pour the contents of one sachet into a glass (200 ml), fill with still water, stir well for a few seconds and drink immediately.

Warnings

Food supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Take the product at least two hours before or two hours after taking medicines. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Also suitable for pregnant women. Contains no lactose.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, away from light, humidity, and heat sources. The minimum shelf life refers to the product when stored correctly in its intact packaging.
