Indications

Pirofer Forte is a supplement based on Iron (SunActive), Vitamin C and Folic Acid. It can be useful for integrating iron in cases of sideremia and also for long periods, such as pregnancy and breastfeeding and in women with prolonged and abundant blood loss during the menstrual cycle.

• SunActive Fe:
  It is an international patent, which has excellent organoleptic properties: it is free from the unpleasant characteristic taste and odor of iron and is highly bioavailable and digestible. With this system, iron is highly absorbable and high serum levels are maintained even 8 hours after intake; it shows high levels of ?hemoglobin regeneration efficiency? in the presence of anemia. SunActive Fe is highly compliant for its high gastrointestinal tolerability: it does not cause irritation, a feeling of heaviness, and does not leave unpleasant aftertastes because it passes through the gastric environment unharmed and goes to the small intestine, where it is absorbed slowly.
   
• Vitamin C:
  Facilitates the absorption of dietary iron, therefore it is useful in the treatment of anemia and contributes to the production of red blood cells.
   
• Folic Acid:
  It is necessary for the synthesis of DNA and RNA and for the production and maintenance of new cells, and is particularly important during periods of rapid growth such as childhood and pregnancy. Indicated in the prevention of some congenital defects; reduces the risk of neural tube defects and, possibly, other congenital malformations.

Directions for use and Dosage

Take 1 tablet daily.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children are advised to consult a doctor.
