Magnesio Supremo Donna is a supplement based on magnesium, B vitamins, vitamins K2 and D3. It is a supplement that provides the right ingredients to meet the common needs in the different stages of a woman's life:

• Vitamin B6 is essential for the female body because it is useful for supporting optimal hormonal regulation. It also effectively supports the immune system and the formation of red blood cells.
• Vitamin B9 in food supplements can be present in different forms. Some must be activated by the body, others are already ready for use. Directions for use and Dosage

We recommend a dosage of one teaspoon (about 2.4 g).
Take up to twice a day.
We recommend dissolving one teaspoon in a full glass of water (200 mL).
The ideal time to take it is when the water is clear.
