Indications

Ghamin is a food supplement that perfectly complements the quantity and quality of protein in low-calorie diets. It meets athletes' increased amino acid needs resulting from intense muscular work. It is a protein nutritional support with a high cystine content (3.3%), which stimulates the synthesis of glutathione, the most powerful natural antioxidant. It appropriately complements the diet of immunocompromised and malnourished patients. It preserves the elasticity and hydration of collagen present in the subcutaneous connective tissue. The presence of carnitine and Coenzyme Q10 optimize lipid metabolism and the catabolism of fatty acids at the mitochondrial level. It provides 23 amino acids and its composition has been optimized to promote the synthesis of GH (growth hormone), protein anabolism and the metabolism of fatty acids.

Composition

It is a soluble and gluten-free amino acid protein supplement in powder form, composed of a concentrate of proteins isolated from whey, free amino acids (L-arginine, Ornithine alpha-ketoglutarate, L-tryptophan, taurine, L-cystine, hydroxyproline and L-citrulline), metabolic substances such as L-carnitine and Coenzyme Q10, vitamin B6 and zinc.

Directions for use and Dosage

It is recommended to take 1 sachet before the two main meals with plenty of water. To improve muscle tone and subcutaneous connective tissue, it is preferable to use one sachet of Ghamin dissolved in a cup of water or skimmed milk every evening before going to bed, to optimize the stimulation of GH synthesis, which occurs mainly during the night.
