Green clay is a natural remedy with numerous beneficial applications. Since ancient times, it has been used to prepare compresses suitable for skin care, to relieve irritation and joint pain, but also in cases of sprains or muscle problems.
Silica 20-40%, calcium 7-13%, aluminum 1-15%, iron 2-5%, sodium 0.06-1.5%, potassium 0-1.3%, titanium 0.02-0.7%, manganese 0.03-0.2%, magnesium 1-5%, lead <0.01%, humidity 1-7%.
Add cold water to the clay and mix with a wooden spoon, allowing the liquid to be completely absorbed until a creamy consistency is obtained.
Cover with gauze or a cloth to prevent any foreign bodies from settling. and let it rest for at least half an hour before using (only recommended for better action). The ready-to-use clay appears smooth, homogeneous and with a creamy consistency: collected on a wooden spoon, it should not drip. Apply to the area for at least an hour.
