Product reviews
Farmacosmo S.p.A. (hereinafter, “Farmacosmo”) invites customers who have made a purchase on https://www.farmacosmo.it (the "Website") to leave a review exclusively regarding the purchased and received product.
Feedback regarding service quality or staff performance is not requested directly, as it is handled through independent platforms such as Trustpilot.
A “Verified User” is defined as a customer who has actually purchased the product being reviewed through the Website.
To submit a product review, the customer must have their order number and log in to the “Private Area” – located in the upper right corner of the Website and marked by the human silhouette icon – using their personal login credentials (username and password).
Once logged in, the customer must access the “My Reviews” section.
Reviews are not published in real time, as each submission is subject to moderation by the FARMACOSMO team, which reserves the right to withhold publication.
All customers who make a purchase through the Website may leave a review. Ten days after the order, Farmacosmo will send an email reminder encouraging the customer to submit a product review.
Farmacosmo is committed to ensuring maximum transparency and authenticity of the published reviews, as well as safeguarding the accuracy of the content displayed.
Below are the main guidelines used by the moderation team to assess whether submitted contributions are suitable for publication. These recommendations serve as best practices to encourage relevant, well-structured reviews that meet the required quality standards.
By submitting a review, the user declares the following:
- That they are the sole author of the content and hold all related intellectual property rights;
- That they do not infringe on intellectual property rights (including copyrights, patents, trademarks, or trade secrets), or on the privacy or image rights of third parties;
- That they comply with all applicable laws, including those concerning consumer protection and fair competition. Both positive and negative comments must include useful information that can assist other users in their purchasing decisions. Reviews will be published only if they meet the following criteria.
The following types of content are strictly prohibited:
- Hate speech or discriminatory remarks (based on race, region, religion, etc.);
- Offensive or vulgar language;
- Violent content or incitement to violence;
- Defamatory statements or remarks that could potentially harm the reputation of others or the business activities of third parties.
Furthermore, reviews must not include personal information related to third parties.
Any review containing identifying details—such as names, addresses, phone numbers, or other elements that could compromise an individual’s privacy—will be removed.
It is also not permitted to include the following in review content:
- Advertising or promotional messages;
- Hyperlinks (links) to other websites;
- Invitations to join consumer groups;
- Suggestions encouraging purchases from other businesses;
- Names of or references to competing companies.
Farmacosmo S.p.A. has implemented a Privacy Policy, applicable to all information collected through the Website, in order to explain how users' personal data is processed, used, and shared.
