Logistics and Drop Shipping
Logistics and drop shipping optimize order management, ensuring efficiency and speed. Farmacosmo operates its own logistics center of approximately 3,000 square meters, located in the Campano Interporto of Nola.
Drop Shipping Processes
The rest of the catalog is managed through a model known as drop shipping, or more precisely, a hybrid drop shipping model. In this setup, suppliers are responsible only for preparing the goods, while Farmacosmo handles pickup and delivery, maintaining full control over shipment tracking. A key element of this system is the IT integration between Farmacosmo and its suppliers. Inventory levels are updated approximately every 30 minutes, and once an order is confirmed, the product is automatically reserved and allocated.
Farmacosmo only displays products that are either managed directly through its logistics or listed as available and ready to ship by suppliers. Products marked as unavailable or on request are not published.

Customers can shop on Farmacosmo by choosing from over 100,000 products and 7 different payment methods.

Once the order is received, Farmacosmo uses and automated digital system to reserve the product with the supplier’s logistics.
Supplier Logistics
The supplier's warehouse prepares the goods and makes them available for pickup by Farmacosmo’s transporters, who deliver to the Nola logistics hub twice daily
Farmacosmo Prepares and Shipse
Upon receiving the goods at its logistics facility, the Farmacosmo logistics team assembles the orders and dispatches them to the courier within the same business day.
