Indications

Xamamina Reflusso by Dompè is a mechanically acting medical device with a synergistic formulation of components that reduces the symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux and/or pharyngolaryngeal reflux and promotes the re-epithelialization process of the affected mucosa, providing relief. Its action allows for a reduction in the time gastric contents remain in the stomach, stimulating gastric emptying and counteracting stomach heaviness. Xamamina Reflusso acts synergistically against the symptoms of reflux through 3 actions:

• Barrier effect: Magnesium alginate blocks acid regurgitation and reduces heartburn;
• Gastric emptying: D-Panthenol reduces the time gastric contents remain in the stomach, Simethicone reduces bloating (feeling of abdominal tension) and counteracts belching;
• Protection: D-Panthenol and Zinc Oxide assist the mucosal re-epithelialization process, while Marshmallow, Poppy, and Honey have an emollient and soothing effect, help calm coughs, promote throat health, and improve respiratory tract function.

Directions for Use and Dosage

Adults and children over 12 years: 1 20 ml sachet after meals and at bedtime, or as otherwise advised by your doctor.

Warnings

Do not use in case of known hypersensitivity to any of the product's components. Do not exceed the recommended dose; follow the instructions for use. In case of adverse reactions, discontinue use and consult your doctor. Do not use the product if the packaging is damaged. It is advisable to wait at least one hour between taking the product and taking other medications. Consult your doctor before taking this product during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children. Store below 30°C. Do not use after the expiration date. The expiration date refers to the product in its intact packaging and stored correctly. The product may be more or less viscous, without any deterioration in quality.
