Directions for use and dosage

The Trosyd onychomycosis nail solution is applied to the infected nail and the periungual region twice a day, morning and evening, using the appropriate brush.

The solvent contained in the medicine dries in 5 minutes, leaving a thin, transparent, oily film. Even if this film is accidentally removed, this does not reduce the drug's activity, and therefore it is not necessary to reapply it. It is recommended not to use an occlusive dressing.

The duration of treatment required to achieve healing varies from patient to patient and depends on the infectious agent and the extent of the lesion. Typically, therapy can last up to 6 months, but it can be extended up to a year.

Warnings

Continued use of topical products can give rise to sensitization phenomena.
