Indications

Medical device for the treatment of heartburn and gastroesophageal reflux, with mechanical action and indicated:

• in the symptomatic treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease. It rapidly reduces related symptoms such as: heartburn (pyrosis), acid regurgitation, epigastric pain, irritating cough, dysphonia;
• in the symptomatic treatment of hyperacidity (occasional pain and heartburn).

RefluZero is a combination of chondroitin sulfate, hyaluronic acid and aluminum hydroxide.

RefluZero contributes to the protective effect against the irritating action of hydrochloric acid produced by the stomach.
The presentation in tablets to be initially dissolved in the mouth stimulates salivation, which allows better contact of the components with the esophageal wall and promotes its protection and lubrication.

• The Chondroitin sulfate, adhering to the gastroesophageal mucosa, protects it by effectively isolating it from the attack of gastric juices.
• Hyaluronic acid, in combination with the adhesive properties of chondroitin sulfate, protects the damaged esophageal tissue and promotes its reintegration.
• Aluminum hydroxide acts as an antacid, reducing the aggressiveness of gastric juices towards the damaged mucosa.

Components

Chondroitin sulfate sodium salt, sucrose, aluminum hydroxide, calcium carbonate; anti-caking agents: mono-di-triglycerides of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, high molecular weight sodium hyaluronate; flavoring; sweetener: ammonium glycyrrhizinate.

The product does not contain gluten, lactose or derivatives.

Warnings

The product contains aluminum, which could interfere with the simultaneous intake of medications; citrates can increase aluminum absorption.
It is advisable not to take medications 1 hour before and 2 hours after using the product and only after consulting your doctor.

Directions for use

• Adults and children over 12 years: 1-2 tablets after main meals and before bedtime, or as needed in case of symptoms such as pain and heartburn, according to medical advice.
