INDICATIONS: Vomiting is an uncontrolled reflex that occurs in various situations, such as: ? Chenonemic states (Acetone) ? Gastroenteritis ? Motion sickness (car sickness, seasickness) Ready Gel is an innovative product useful as a first aid in cases of nausea and vomiting and in pediatric age. In most cases, vomiting is a symptom related to acute gastroenteritis and in these cases the WHO (World Health Organization) and ESPGHAN (European Society of Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Pediatric Nutrition) recommend the ad libitum use of low-osmolarity glucosaline oral rehydration solutions*. However, in many cases, immediate administration of these solutions is not easy due to their bad taste. Ready Gel, thanks to its gel consistency, has an excellent taste and is also much better tolerated than common oral rehydration solutions. In any case, it is always useful to continue rehydration by administering water and/or oral rehydration solutions. In case of suspected moderate or severe dehydration, immediate medical attention should be sought.

Ready gel is not a simple oral rehydration solution, but a triple-action gel. In particular, Ready gel contains:

1. Citrates and titrated ginger extract, which play an effective role in preventing the onset of ketonemic states (acetone) and, as reported by recent scientific studies, have an effective anti-nausea action, thus limiting vomiting episodes and thus preventing dehydration.

2. It also contains mineral salts (sodium, potassium, chloride) and glucose in the specific quantities provided by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the authoritative European Society of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition (ESPGHAN), which recommend the use of oral rehydration solutions in situations of dehydration.

3. It also contains Saccharomyces Boulardii and fiber (inulin), useful for restoring the balance of intestinal flora and counteracting diarrheal episodes, which often increase in response to the use of common oral rehydration solutions, preventing proper rehydration. The same ESPGHAN guidelines cited above confirm the efficacy and safety of Saccharomyces boulardii, recommending its use to combat acute gastroenteritis in pediatric age. Nausea and vomiting also occur due to ketonemic states (acetone) or motion sickness (car sickness, seasickness). Given its composition and excellent tolerability, Ready Gel is particularly suitable for these specific situations.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Given its gel consistency, administer with a teaspoon, as needed or as directed by your doctor. To further improve palatability, refrigerate before use. Do not freeze. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 5-6 days.
