Product Description

Capsules useful in case of diarrhea and other alterations of the intestinal bacterial flora.

Indications

Lactéol 5 Miliardi are hard capsules indicated in case of:

• Diarrheal and dyspeptic syndromes due to altered bacterial flora (diarrhea, nonspecific enteritis in infants and adults, colitis).
• Intestinal dysbiosis due to antibiotics.
• Digestive disorders in artificially fed infants.
• Adjuvant in the elimination of pathogenic enterobacteria resistant to chemo-antibiotics.

Ingredients

Active ingredients
One capsule contains 170 mg of Lactobacillus LB powder (inactivated microbial bodies and (lyophilized) in fermented culture broth.
Corresponding to 5 billion Lactobacillus LB.

Excipients
Fermented and lyophilized culture broth, Lactose monohydrate, Calcium carbonate, Silicic acid, Talc, Magnesium stearate, Anhydrous lactose, Gelatin.

Directions for use and dosage

We recommend taking 2 to 4 capsules per day.
In case of acute diarrhea: 2 capsules 3 times a day on the first day, 2 capsules twice a day until the second day after the symptoms disappear. Swallow one capsule with water.
The contents of the capsule can be swallowed. be dissolved in the bottle with water or milk.

Warnings

Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
N.B.: in infants under two years of age, the product must be used in conjunction with rehydration therapy.
Above two years of age, treatment with the product does not exclude rehydration therapy, if necessary.
The degree of rehydration (oral or intravenous) must be adapted to the severity of the diarrhea, the age and health conditions of the patient.

Contraindications

Individual hypersensitivity to the drug.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding

There are no known teratogenic effects.
No overdose has been recorded due to the passage of the product into the mother's milk during breastfeeding.
