Indications
Iridina Due 0.05% is an ophthalmological solution useful for the treatment of irritation, burning, redness, for eyes with excessive tearing or sensitivity to light.
Dosage and method of use
When you feel a burning sensation, instill one or two drops of eye drops in the inner corner of each eye, tilting your head back.
Strictly follow the recommended doses. A higher dosage of the product, even if taken topically and for a short period of time, may cause side effects. cause serious systemic effects.
Composition
Active ingredient: Naphazoline hydrochloride 0.05 mg.
Excipients: Sodium chloride, Sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, Sodium hydroxide, Sodium hyaluronate, Hamamelis distilled water, Chamomile distilled water, Water for injections.
Contraindications
Irina Due 0.05% Eye Drops must not be administered:
- in case of hypersensitivity to the components or other closely related substances from a chemical point of view;
- in patients suffering from glaucoma or other eye diseases (it is advisable to consult your doctor even in cases where such disorders have occurred in the past);
- in children under 10 years of age.
Special warnings
If symptoms persist or worsen after a short period of treatment, consult your doctor. In any case, the product should not be used for more than 4 consecutive days. If side effects appear in a period of less than 4 days, discontinue therapy and consult your doctor. Infections, pus, foreign bodies in the eye, mechanical, chemical, and heat damage require medical attention.
Although the product has poor serum absorption, it should be used with caution in patients with hypertension, hyperthyroidism, heart disease, and hyperglycemia (diabetes).
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
There are no limitations on use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Expiry and storage
Check the expiry date indicated on the package. The expiry date indicated on the package refers to the product in its intact packaging, stored correctly. Store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
Caution: do not use the medicine after the expiry date indicated on the package. The product should not be used after 28 days from first opening.
