Product Description

Medical device that combines compounds with antacid and anti-reflux action in a single formulation, for the management of the characteristic symptoms of gastroesophageal and laryngopharyngeal reflux diseases.

Indications

It works thanks to the presence of magaldrate, which neutralizes excess gastric acidity, magnesium alginate, which blocks the reflux of stomach acid contents, and a mucoadhesive mix based on hyaluronic acid that adheres to the mucosa, creating a protective film.
By limiting gastric hyperacidity, preventing the passage of stomach contents towards the esophagus and protecting the mucosa from acid irritation, Estorial can help protect the esophageal mucosa.

Composition

Magaldrate, magnesium alginate, M-ADESYL [sodium hyaluronate, xanthan gum, Plasdone K90 (polyvinylpyrrolidone)], hydrolyzed marine collagen, orange flavor, sodium propyl parahydroxybenzoate, sodium methyl parahydroxybenzoate, sucralose, purified water, fructose.

Directions for use and Dosage

Shake the stick pack by handling it before opening.
Take 1 stick pack after main meals and/or at bedtime.
The product should be taken as is without diluting it in water or other liquids.
If symptoms do not improve within 7 days, it is advisable to consult your doctor.

Warnings

The device contains hydrolyzed marine collagen: do not take if you are allergic to fish derivatives.
Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
Do not use for purposes other than those indicated.
The medical device is for single use: use the product immediately after opening as the contents may lose their health properties, compromising the functional performance of the device.
Do not use in case of known hypersensitivity to any component of the product. In case of hypersensitivity reaction (which usually manifests itself in the oral cavity with a slight burning sensation in the throat), stop taking it immediately and contact your doctor.
Estorial should be used with caution in patients with renal insufficiency, in case of bone metabolism disorders, and if you suffer from low blood phosphate levels (hypophosphatemia).
The product is not indicated for children under 12 years of age.
Estorial may affect the absorption of certain drugs (tetracyclines, digoxin, benzodiazepines, dicoumarol, indomethacin, cheno- and ursodeoxycholic acid, iron derivatives), the concomitant administration of which should therefore be avoided. Consult your doctor if taking other medicines at the same time.
It is advisable not to administer drugs and medical devices within two hours of taking the product.
To date, no adverse infections have been reported from using the product. If any particular reactions occur, discontinue use of the product and contact your doctor or pharmacist.
During pregnancy or breastfeeding, for greater safety, it is recommended to consult your doctor before taking it.
Do not use if the package is damaged.

Storage

Store away from light and heat sources and at a temperature below 25°C.
Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the package and on each individual stick pack.
Shelf life with intact packaging: 24 months.
