Product Description

Therapy for the restoration of altered intestinal flora, useful against swelling and intoxications.

Indications

Enterogermina 2 billion Oral Suspension is indicated for the treatment and prophylaxis of alterations of the intestinal bacterial flora. It helps restore the microbial flora, altered during antibiotic or chemotherapy treatments. It treats acute and chronic gastrointestinal disorders in infants, attributable to intoxications or intestinal dysbiosis and vitamin deficiencies.

Dosage

Adults: 2-3 vials per day.
Children: 1-2 vials per day.
Infant: 1-2 vials per day.
Administer the vials at regular intervals (3-4 hours), taking the contents of the vial as is or diluting in water or other beverages (e.g., milk, tea, orange juice).
This medicine is for oral use only. Do not inject or administer in any other way.

Composition

Active ingredient: 2 billion polyantibiotic-resistant spores of Bacillus clausii.
Gluten-free.
Lactose-free.
Sugar-free.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.

Warnings and precautions

The possible presence of visible particles in Enterogermina vials is due to aggregates of Bacillus clausii spores; it is therefore not an indication of an altered product.
Shake the vial before use.
During antibiotic therapy, it is recommended to administer the preparation in the interval between one antibiotic administration and the other.

Interactions

No drug interactions are known following concomitant administration of other drugs.

Undesirable effects

During the marketing of the product, cases of hypersensitivity reactions, including rash and urticaria, have been reported.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding

There are no preclusions to the use of the preparation during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Storage

Store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
