Screen Drug Test Cocaine is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of the metabolite of Cocaine in urine at a cut-off concentration of 300 ng/ml.
This test provides only a preliminary qualitative result in 5 minutes.
It will be necessary to use an alternative, more sophisticated chemical method. specific to obtain a confirmatory analytical result.
The suggested confirmatory method is Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS).
A clinical and professional opinion is necessary for each test result for drugs of abuse, especially when the preliminary results are positive.

Directions for use and Dosage

1. Insert urine into the container.
2. Insert the Cocaine Drug Test Strip into the urine container for 10/15 seconds.
   Immerse the strip at least to the level indicated by the wavy lines.
3. Remove the Drug Test Strip and close it with the appropriate cap.
4. Place it on a flat surface and wait 5 minutes.
5. Read the result:
   Negative: * Two lines appear.
   A colored line should appear in the control region (C) and a colored line should appear in the test region (T).
   A negative result indicates that the Benzoylecgonine concentration is below the detectable level (300 ng/mL).
   * Note: The color shade in the test region may vary, but a negative result should be considered whenever even a faint colored line appears.
   Positive: A line appears in the control region (C).
   No line appears in the test region (T).
   A positive result indicates that the Benzoylecgonine concentration exceeds the detectable level (300 ng/mL).
   Invalid: The control line (C) does not appear.
   Insufficient specimen volume or improper procedural techniques are the most common causes of inconsistencies. likely failure of the control line to appear.
   Review the procedure and repeat the test with a new device.

Do not interpret the result after 10 minutes.
