Therapeutic indications
Cortidro Cream is used in the treatment of insect bites, itching, erythema or localized burns, eczema.

Dosage and method of use
Cortidro Cream should be taken in the following doses and methods: in adults and children over two years of age: apply a small amount of cream to the area and rub lightly to facilitate penetration. The application can be repeated two or three times a day for a few days. If there is no response to the therapy, it is advisable to consult a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Contraindications

Known individual hypersensitivity to the product's components.
The use of hydrocortisone is contraindicated in the case of viral, bacterial, or fungal infections.

Special warnings
Cortidro Cream is not for ophthalmological use nor should it be applied to the periocular areas. Avoid use in the treatment of vulvar itching if associated with vaginal discharge. Avoid prolonged application, especially on large surfaces. In children under two years of age, the product should be administered only in cases of actual need under the direct supervision of a doctor. The use, especially if prolonged, of topical products can give rise to irritation or sensitization phenomena. In this case, it is necessary to discontinue treatment and consult your doctor in order to establish an appropriate therapy.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Cortidro Cream should be administered in cases of actual need and under the direct supervision of a doctor.

Expiry and storage
Biodermatin can be stored for up to 5 years from the manufacturing date. The shelf life applies to the product in its intact packaging, stored correctly. Store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.

Warning: do not use the medicine after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.

Composition
Cortidro Cream contains:
Active ingredient: Hydrocortisone acetate 0.5 g
Excipients: Cetostearyl alcohol, Sodium lauryl sulfate, Vaseline oil, Stringy petrolatum, Methylpropyl p-hydroxybenzoate, Distilled water.
