Composition
Hyaluronic acid sodium salt: 0.3 g L-proline: 0.0752 g L-glycine: 0.1 g L-lysine hydrochloride: 0.14 g L-leucine: 0.0108 g Buffered isotonic solution at pH 7.2: sufficient for 100 ml Description Preparation consisting of a sterile isotonic ophthalmic solution containing hyaluronic acid sodium salt without preservatives, aimed at integrating deficient tear secretion and restoring the physiological conditions of the tear film. Hyaluronic acid is a mucopolysaccharide that becomes part of numerous tissues in the body. It adheres to the ocular surface, protecting, moistening, and lubricating it. Due to its mucoadhesive properties, it remains on the ocular surface for a long time and stabilizes the tear film. The amino acids L-proline, L-glycine, L-lysine hydrochloride, and L-leucine contained in the product increase ocular surface lubrication and can contribute to improving the protection of the epithelia subjected to various types of stress.
Indications
Transparent, sterile, viscoelastic tear substitute for corneal protection. It protects, moistens, and lubricates the surface of the eye, providing particularly long-lasting relief from discomfort caused by: mechanical stress: for example, during and after the use of contact lenses or during ophthalmological surgical and diagnostic procedures. Lack of conjunctival lubrication.
How to use
Instill 1-2 drops into the conjunctival sac 2-3 times a day or more, as needed. The product can be instilled into the eye even when wearing contact lenses or on the inside surface of the contact lens before its application.
Contraindications
Known hypersensitivity to the components of the product or other chemically related substances.
Precautions and warnings
In case of concomitant administration with topical ophthalmic drugs, consult your doctor; Reclose the bottle tightly after use; Do not use if the bottle is damaged; Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the bottle; The product is for external ophthalmic use only; To eliminate the risk of contamination of the solution, avoid contact of the dropper with the eye or other objects. Do not store above 25°C. Keep out of reach of children.
Side effects
No adverse effects have been reported after administration of the product. In case of adverse reactions, discontinue use of the product and consult your doctor.
