Meda Betadine Vaginal Solution

Betadine 10% vaginal solution is an antiseptic for disinfecting the vaginal mucosa. The active ingredient in Betadine, Povidone-Iodine (10% Iodine), is active against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, fungi, protozoa, yeasts, and some viruses. Povidone-Iodine has the advantage, compared to elemental Iodine, of being water-soluble and less irritating, of not sensitizing, and of not damaging the skin and mucous membranes. Betadine 10% vaginal solution can be used up to twice a day for douching, diluting 2 tablespoons of product in 1/2 liter of warm water, or for brushing on the cervix and vagina, using the product undiluted.
Betadine 10% vaginal solution, thanks to its broad spectrum of action, is able to act against the wide range of germs that in certain situations (for example, wearing tight clothing or practicing sports like cycling and horse riding) can proliferate and cause irritation and inflammation of the genitals. An external disinfection that leaves you with peace of mind: because intimate hygiene is a delicate subject and must be treated with the safest solutions.

Betadine 10% vaginal solution does not leave indelible stains on skin and fabrics.
