Product Description

Vasoprotector useful in the treatment of hemorrhoids, complications related to capillary fragility, and varicose veins.

Indications

Arvenum is a vasoprotector drug, useful for controlling the feeling of heaviness in the lower limbs and other symptoms attributable to venous insufficiency, such as swollen ankles, calf cramps, phlebitis, tingling in the legs, itching, varicose veins, reducing leg swelling and strengthening the elasticity and resistance of capillary vessels in patients suffering from capillary fragility.

Ingredients and Composition

One tablet of Arvenum 500 contains:

• Active ingredient: micronized purified flavonoid fraction 500mg - consisting of 450mg diosmin, 50mg flavonoids expressed as hesperidin
• Excipients: sodium starch glycolate; microcrystalline cellulose; gelatin; glycerin; hypromellose; sodium lauryl sulfate; yellow iron oxide E172; red iron oxide E172; titanium dioxide; macrogol 6000; magnesium stearate; talc.

Directions for use and Dosage

The recommended dose is 2 coated tablets per day, to be taken at lunch and dinner. In case of hemorrhoidal crisis, you can take 2 coated tablets per day. Increase the dose up to a maximum of 6 tablets in the first 4 days and 4 tablets in the following 3 days.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding

Avoid taking the product during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.
