Indications

Aminogam spray is a medical device manufactured in compliance with Directive 93/42/EEC MDD. The product contains hyaluronic acid, the main component of connective tissue, and amino acids that make up collagen. It aids the tissue regeneration process to promote rapid healing of damaged areas and simultaneously reduce pain. The special spray formulation allows for easy application even in the most difficult-to-reach areas of the mouth. It is a fluid characterized by high biocompatibility that has a protective action by promoting faster tissue regeneration and, by stimulating the growth of fibroblasts, facilitates the physiological re-epithelialization of the damaged area.
Fields of use.

• Oral surgery (protection of surgical wounds and sutures).
• Extraction surgery (regeneration of the alveolus and prevention of post-extraction alveolitis).
• Regenerative, periodontal and implant surgery.
• Pre-prosthetic and orthodontic surgery.
• Major and minor laser surgery.
• Orthodontic and prosthetic trauma.
• Protection of vital stumps in patients with fixed prostheses and dentin hypersensitivity.
• Erosive and ulcerative lesions of the oral mucosa of various types. etiology (mucositis, canker sores, pemphigus-type ulcerative-bullous lesions, etc.).

Composition

Purified water, sodium hyaluronate, glycine, L-proline, L-leucine, L-lysine hydrochloride, methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate sodium salt, propyl 4-hydroxybenzoate sodium salt, propylene glycol, tetrasodium EDTA.

Directions for use and Dosage

Before treatment, perform proper oral hygiene and rinse thoroughly. Direct the tip of the applicator onto the affected areas and spray evenly several times until the entire affected area is covered with an even layer. It is advisable not to eat or drink anything or rinse your mouth for at least one hour after application.
Apply an even layer, spraying several times until the entire affected area is covered. The application can be repeated several times a day (three to four) depending on the severity of the symptoms. The treatment can be repeated for 34 weeks until the symptoms disappear. Use for longer than 30 days must be done under medical supervision.

Warnings

The product does not tend to clog the dispenser; however, it is good practice to remove any product residue from the applicator by cleaning with a damp gauze after each use. It is contraindicated in cases of known hypersensitivity to the components. There are no known cases of overdose. There are no known side effects. There are no known interactions with drugs or medicinal substances. Although there are no known side effects, a doctor should prescribe the application during pregnancy and breastfeeding. This product is highly tolerable; however, local reactions due to hypersensitivity phenomena may rarely occur, which resolve spontaneously. The expiration date refers to the closed and correctly stored product. Do not use after the expiration date. Do not sterilize. Do not use if the package is opened or damaged. Do not use in case of known hypersensitivity to any of the components. Keep out of reach of children. In case of adverse reactions, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
