Directions for use

Pour 3 tablespoons (approximately 30 g) of Meritene® Strength and Vitality soluble in 200 ml of hot or cold semi-skimmed milk and stir. The preparation can also be dissolved in water or other types of milk*.
 
Taking into account individual needs, adults are recommended to take 1 to 2 doses per day.

*The total intake of macro and micronutrients varies based on the type of drink or milk chosen.

Warnings

Meritene® Strength and Vitality nutritional supplements in soluble powder form should be consumed as part of a varied and balanced diet. They should not be taken as a replacement for main meals.
