Characteristics

The Fibrextra Wholemeal Crackers are rich in iodine, unflavoured and made with 100% wholemeal flour, they are the perfect balance between pleasure and well-being. The Fibextra Selection is obtained by directly grinding the whole wheat grain which does not undergo the refining processes of type 0 and 00 flours.

Ingredients

Fibrextra Selection measures 79% (75% wholemeal soft wheat flour, 2% chicory inulin, 1% wheat fibre, 1% oat fibre) – malted wheat flour – sunflower oil – barley and corn malt extract – Iodized salt (salt, potassium iodate) - raising agent: ammonium bicarbonate - brewer's yeast - antioxidant: rosemary extract. May contain milk, soy, and mustard.
