Dosage and Directions for Use

Ensure NutriVigor can be used as a dietary supplement. Take 1 or 2 times daily in 230 ml portions.
To prepare one 230 ml serving, pour approximately 195 ml of cold water into a glass and gradually add 6 level scoops (one scoop is included in the jar) or 53.5 g of Ensure NutriVigor. Stir or shake thoroughly to dissolve the powder. When well mixed, Ensure NutriVigor provides approximately 1.0 Kcal/ml. A 400 g jar provides approximately eight 230 ml servings.
