The Ditalini Rigati from the Diabel line by Giusto is a type of low glycemic index pasta, formulated with fibers rich in arabinoxylan, a soluble fiber capable of increasing the feeling of satiety and drastically reducing the rise in blood sugar after meals (without altering the flavor).
