Directions for use

For optimal effectiveness, we recommend 10 applications:

Slimming Draining Bandages can be applied as needed to the legs, buttocks, hips, stomach and arms.
It is advisable to protect the surfaces you lean on with a towel during application.

For Legs

• Before application, clean and dry the area to be treated thoroughly and, using your fingertips, rub gently from the bottom up.
• Place your foot on a stool and begin rolling the soaked bandage in a crisscross pattern without compressing too much.
• Once you reach the knee, straighten your leg and continue rolling the bandage up to the groin area.
• Fix the final flap under the last round of bandage.
• Apply the second bandage to the other leg and leave it on for 30 minutes.
  In the meantime, you are free to move.
• Remove the bandage and massage any excess liquid with movements from the bottom up to intensify the effects of the treatment.

For Buttocks, Hips and Stomach

• Before application, clean and dry the area to be treated thoroughly.

• After 30 minutes, remove the bandage and massage any excess fluid in this way: join your thumb and forefinger in a ring around the wrist and move up to the elbow four times. Repeat the same movement from the elbow to the shoulder.
  Finally, imagine having to "knead" the skin gently on the inside of the arm towards the armpit.
