How to use

Directly on the skin: spread the Seaweed Mud on the affected areas, with a light massage, generously. Wrap in cellophane (cling film) and wait 45 minutes. Remove by washing.

In the bath: sprinkle Guam Seaweed Mud directly onto your skin and immerse yourself in the bath tub with very hot water. Maintain a constant heat by letting the hot water run slowly from the tap. After 45 minutes, rinse your body with hot water and wrap yourself in the bathrobe for beneficial relaxation until the sweating stops.
