Recommendations for use

• Phase 1: leg draining taping (1st-3rd day);
  • Cut the leg draining tapes
  • Apply the tapes to the back of the thighs (30 cm long tape)
  • Apply the tapes to the knees (20 cm long tape)
• Phase 2: anti-cellulite cryo-gel (4th-7th day);
  • Morning and/or evening, apply Anti-cellulite Cryo-Gel to your legs, starting from the ankles, using gentle upward movements and small circles with the fingertips of both hands. Then move up the thighs to the buttocks and hips using circular movements.
• Continue the treatment (8th day until the end of treatment)
  • Restart from Phase 1. Alternate Phase 1 and Phase 2 for 5 weeks.
