Indications

Melacron oral spray is a food supplement based on melatonin. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep* and alleviate the effects of jet lag**.

Gluten-free.
Naturally lactose-free.

* The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

** The beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.

We recommend 2 sprays, preferably under the tongue, in the evening shortly before bedtime. Shake before use.
