Blue Time Melatonin Zinc Selenium by Cabassi & Giuriati is a Melatonin supplement that contributes to:
- Reducing the time it takes to fall asleep.
The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. - To alleviate the effects of jet lag.
The beneficial effect is obtained by taking at least 0.5 mg shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.

Ingredients
Bulking agent: Microcrystalline cellulose; Zinc gluconate; Sweetener: Mannitol; L-Selenomethionine; Stabilizer: Polyvinylpyrrolidone; Anti-caking agent: Magnesium salts of fatty acids: Melatonin.
Directions for use and dosage
It is recommended to take one tablet a day, in the evening, about half an hour before bedtime.
