To sweeten the holidays for all Italians, Motta offers the traditional gluten-free and lactose-free Panettone. Naturally leavened baked product with candied orange peel paste.

Ingredients

Sultanas 14.5%, lactose-free pasteurized whole fresh milk*, fresh eggs, cornstarch, anhydrous butter*, natural yeast, candied citrus peel 4% (orange peel, citron peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), sugar, rice starch; thickeners: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and xanthan gum; Invert sugar syrup, honey, plantain fiber, candied orange peel paste 1.5% (orange peel, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, lemon juice), alcohol; emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; flavorings, salt.

*Milk and butter are present in quantities sufficient to guarantee a lactose content of less than 0.01% in the finished product.

May contain soy, mustard, sesame, and gluten-free wheat starch.

Gluten-free and lactose-free.
