The strips are easy to use, don't stick to your lips, and don't slip on your teeth. They dissolve on their own.

Accelerator: Aqua, sodium chloride.
Whitening strips: PVP, glycerin, aqua, aroma, citric acid, propylene glycol, cellulose acetate phthalate, maltodextrin, sucralose, polysorbate 80.
Whitening toothpaste: Aqua, hydrated silica, glycerin, sorbitol, pentasodium triphosphate, aroma, cellulose gum, sodium cocoyl glutamate, lauryl glucoside, PVP, sodium monofluorophosphate, menthol, potassium sorbate, sorbic acid, propylene glycol, potassium acesulfame, sucralose, sodium hydroxide, limonene, cinnamal, CI 77891.
The toothpaste contains sodium monoflurophosphate (1,000 ppm F).

Directions for use
Brush your teeth with Express White toothpaste. Apply the accelerator to your teeth. Apply the strips to your teeth. Leave the strips on for 5-7 minutes, until they dissolve completely. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. Brush your teeth for at least 2 minutes with Express White toothpaste.
